Do I need to use a specific budgeting app?
No. We’ll use what feels best for you - whether that’s YNAB, a spreadsheet, or paper and pen. If you are interested in YNAB for the first time, I will give you a special code for an additional two months free. YNAB already offers a 34-day trial.
What if I’ve tried budgeting before and it didn’t work?
That’s okay! Most clients come to me after trying a lot of budgeting methods and/or a bunch of starts and stops. I’ve been there too. We’ll move away from shame and frustration and build from compassion, not perfection.
How long before I start seeing progress?
Most clients feel calmer and clearer after their first few sessions. I find that on average clients see significant changes in how they manage their money within three months. But please remember, we’re all in different seasons in our life.
