Your relationship with money is personal.

It's shaped by your history, your fears, and what you've been taught to want and deserve (or don't!). Money is emotional. And nobody teaches us to look at it that way.

I help women, and anyone navigating money solo, untangle those stories, make sense of their spending, and build a financial life that finally feels like theirs.

Coming out of the marriage in 2025 I was broke, had no money skills and was terrified.  Litsa helped me learn how to use YNAB’s tools to gain control and understanding of my spending, and begin to plan for a stable financial future.

Meet Litsa

Hi there. I'm Litsa, a money mindset and spending coach, licensed clinical social worker, and certified YNAB coach. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, educator, and workshop creator, I bring something to money conversations that most coaches can't: a deep understanding of the emotions and patterns underneath the numbers. I work primarily with women navigating life and finances on their own after divorce, loss, or simply flying solo in a space that's practical, compassionate, and completely free of judgment.
